Isotopy influence on water dielectric properties

The calculation of inner interaction energy values and polarization characteristics of liquid Рќ2Рћ and D2Рћ along the saturation line has been produced. The influence of isotope substitution on the characteristics of polarization and dielectric permeability of water has been analysed. It has been shown that the parameters of polarization process have been insignificantly changed at substitution of hydrogen atom by a deuterium.

On structural properties of condensed inert gases and water

The structural and power characteristics of the inert condensed gases and water have been considered. It has been shown that in the condensed states of substance in the РўРїР»-РўРєСЂ interval the values of energy of the effective conjugate potentials DРµ*РїРѕР» and D0*РїРѕР» are constant. The temperatures of the quasi-phase transitions related to the stepwise variations of the nearest neighbours' number and energy of molecule interaction in the first coordination shells have been detected. Two points of similarity have been found in the structural properties of fluids. The relations permitting to obtain the nearest neighbours' number in condensed bodies, polarization compounds of the interaction energy and zero energy have been established. The interpretation of the heating process for the liquefied inert gases and water has been given.

The formation mechanism of the water heat capacity has been analysed in the paper. The equations connecting vibratory and configurational components of the expansion coefficient of the water with the РЎСЂ, РЎV and Cconf heat capacities have been calculated.

The electrochemical method of enzymatic protein hydrolysates' production out of hydrobionts used for microbiological nutrient media

The paper considers the kinetics of alkaline hydrolysis of N-acetylglucosamine and D-glucosamine depending on temperature and reagents' concentration. The mathematical model of hydrolysis has been proposed, velocity constants and the energy of reaction activation have been calculated.

On optimization of storage conditions of new brands of half-smoked fish produced using the smoke medium worked out by the IR smoke generator

The technology of production of delicious low-salted fish with smoke aroma has been developed. The mathematical model of technological process has been worked out, on its base some optimal values of main parameters have been determined. The parameters of the new product quality and the method of its determination have been considered. The biochemical and microbiological processes in the end product tissues during storage have been studied. Due to the researches the storage process and time of the new product – low-salted fish with smoke aroma – have been substantiated.

Application of ultrafiltration process for purification of chondroitin sulfate extracted from marine hydrobionts

The technology of purification of the chondroitin sulfate from low molecular weight protein contaminants using ultrafiltration process has been worked out. Using polyelectrolyte swelling effect in a solution of chondroitin sulfate, and the separation of contaminants on the membranes makes it possible to obtain demineralized polysaccharide with a given range of molecular weight and a high degree of purification from protein and amino acids impurities.

Optical activity and spectrophotometric characteristics of chitosan solutions obtained from the Kamchatka crab and the Arctic shrimp

The size of specific optical rotation of chitosan solutions has been shown to depend on nucleophilicity of hydrolyzing agent, it grows in absolute value with increase of quantities of trailer glycosidic centers in chitosan solution; the chitosan deacetylation degree practically does not influence on the size of specific optical rotation. For chitosan from chitin of the Kamchatka crab and the Arctic shrimp identical laws of influence of molecular weight and deacetylation degree on the size of specific optical rotation have been obtained. Influence of phosphoric acid on conformational transformations trailer glycosidic centres of chitosan molecules has been defined.
